Next up, participants face the Wormtinis challenge, where they must consume five earthworms and one super worm from a martini glass within four minutes to qualify for the finals. Finally, contestants crawl through a dark drainage system, starting in a slimy culvert that branches into several pipes—only one of which leads to freedom. Equipped with infrared cameras, viewers can track their progress as the fastest contestant to reach the exit tunnel takes home $50,000.
