The two men and two women who completed this daring swing the quickest would progress, while the rest would be sent home. Stunt #2 (Jackpot Challenge) Inside a luxurious suite at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, contestants tackled a Fear Factor-themed slot machine featuring logos of a cow, sheep, fish, and the show’s logo. Every time an animal logo appeared, they had to consume a pair of eyeballs corresponding to that animal.
