Meanwhile, Matt faces challenges in his marriage as old emotions for his ex-girlfriend, Andrea (guest-star), resurface. Eric and Annie embrace grandparenthood with the arrival of Mary’s baby. In the season nine premiere, Simon's budding romance with Georgia (guest-star Rheagan Wallace) raises concerns for Eric and Annie, who suspect they might be becoming intimate. Kevin fears Lucy is in denial about her pregnancy when she avoids maternity shopping.
