Meanwhile, Eric intervenes to rescue Lauren from Jason's kidnapping attempt. Gillian's overwhelming excitement about Maxine's wedding leaves Peter drained as she becomes increasingly hyper. Kimberly coerces Sean into helping her regain her job, promising to assist in locating a teenager who has just aged out of the system. In a desperate act, Kyle breaks hospital rules to fulfill a dying woman's final wish, while Eric ultimately puts an end to Jason's harassment in a tragic way.
