To find the perfect house, Norm leads Kevin to Carlisle, Massachusetts, a picturesque New England town 20 miles from Boston. After reviewing various properties, they select a charming 1849 Greek Revival-style farmstead that requires significant renovations to accommodate a contemporary family.
