Tom brings in a specialized barn jacking team to elevate the 65-ton structure by two feet, allowing his crew to fix the foundation and replace the first-floor deck. Meanwhile, demolition experts arrive to take down the deteriorating ell, which will be reconstructed with structural insulated panels.
