Homeowners Amy and Pete Favat cherish their property but have outgrown their 1970s home, prompting them to deconstruct it to make room for a more suitable living space for their active family. Custom homebuilder Tedd Benson and his team are crafting a state-of-the-art timberframe home, while general contractor Tom Silva coordinates the onsite efforts.
