Andy is caught off guard when Delia innocently discovers Nina's vibrator and starts probing for answers. At the same time, Ephram struggles to pen a heartfelt letter for Amy, hoping to express his true feelings. Amy takes it upon herself to boost the popularity of her new best friend, Hannah (Sarah Drew). Meanwhile, Harold and Rose grow concerned about Bright's excitement over being named "employee of the month," leading them to consider intervening as parents. Dr. Abbott worries that Bright is not aiming high enough by working at a restaurant. Lastly, Andy faces a challenge with a patient in need of a transplant who is reluctant to confide in his wife.
