Harm finds himself at a crossroads regarding his future at JAG when he discovers that Charlie Lynch, the former Navy man behind the murder of Annie— the tormented child whose tragic fate continues to haunt him—has reemerged, putting Annie’s twin sister, Dar-lin, at risk. Determined to resolve his feelings about Lynch before making any career decisions, Harm follows a lead to a shipyard where the ruthless killer is holding Dar-lin captive. Consumed by rage over Lynch's horrific crimes, Harm confronts him in a tense showdown that will determine who will survive.
