After a daring escape, Harley and Ivy find themselves in a bind as Catwoman is taken into custody, accused of the three-day vanishing of Gotham's men. Batgirl, also known as Barbara, makes a desperate attempt to persuade her father of Catwoman’s innocence, but he remains steadfast in his belief. In their quest to assist Catwoman, Harley and Ivy end up behind bars as well. Batgirl is unsettled by the police's aggressive tactics and increasingly troubled by her father's endorsement of their harsh methods.
