Chef Robert Irvine travels to Harrisburg, PA, determined to rescue Dodge City USA, a restaurant facing closure after three decades in business. He must confront a long-outdated Wild West theme that has overstayed its welcome. With decor ranging from deer heads to porcelain pigs, this once-thriving cowboy haven has become a burden for its owners, who are hesitant to update their establishment.
