Chef Robert Irvine heads to Scrimmages restaurant in Wilmington, Delaware, where he discovers that the saying, "there's no I in team," couldn't be more relevant. Owned for five years by four equal partners—brothers Brian and Jerry, their lifelong friend Mike, and Brian's ex-boss Leon—the restaurant's declining profits have strained their relationships. With just two days and a budget of $10,000, Robert is tasked with revitalizing the struggling eatery while also repairing the fractured partnership among the feuding owners.
