Doing the Bossa Nova (S01E13)

Vernon, one of Martin's authors, chats with him about his latest romance novel. While they're still in the office, a woman walks in, and Vernon flirts with her before making his exit. After he's gone, Martin confides that he despises his job. It turns out the woman is actually Martin's new boss, who begins to charm him. During a staff meeting with the new boss present, Martin discovers the perks of a workplace romance when he’s assigned a highly sought-after book project, while his least favorite author is reassigned to Cindy. Later, Martin continues to reap the benefits of dating his boss.
