Fleeing from the law, Team Creamerie finds refuge in a mercenary Sea Captain's boat shed. The Captain offers them entry into the Underground, a hidden network of tunnels beneath the city that provides a sanctuary from the authorities. However, this safe haven comes with a hefty price tag.
