Dick's new camera becomes a source of tension between him and Mary, as he insists on snapping her picture despite her protests. Frustrated, Mary decides they need some time apart. Meanwhile, Sally's coat gets ruined when Harry takes it out in the rain, insisting the Channel 10 weatherman had promised sunny weather. Furious, Sally heads to the station to demand compensation for her coat, but it quickly becomes clear that she has a knack for predicting the weather. Impressed, they offer her a job. Dick, however, fears that Sally’s newfound talent will bring unwanted attention, so when she learns about an impending tornado in Rutherford, he instructs her to report differently.
