Country singer Candy Dix, who once dated Luke during their time in the Marines, arrives in Hazzard for a concert and to reconnect with him. However, Luke soon discovers that her managers are plotting to kill her to settle a gambling debt, using her life-insurance policy as collateral. Determined to protect her, Luke must find a way to outsmart the dangerous threats looming over Candy's life.
