Coming Home (S01E06)

With their deployment nearing its end, the members of the 38th Rescue Squadron PJs eagerly anticipate their return home. However, their plans are abruptly interrupted when two suicide bombers explode a device near Kandahar, resulting in numerous civilian injuries and a stark reminder of the dangers still present. Shortly after, the team is called into action to airlift a U.S. serviceman who has suffered the loss of three limbs and is rapidly losing blood, highlighting the urgency of their mission and the sacrifices made in the line of duty.
