Mauro's inaugural task is to create a second anniversary cake for a gay couple who previously had their wedding cake crafted by Buddy in an earlier episode. Meanwhile, Buddy has been named Grand Marshal of Hoboken's St. Patrick's Day parade, which stirs up jealousy in Joey since Buddy isn't Irish.
