Power Play (S05E12)

Charles Cabot, co-owner of the St. Gregory Hotel, introduces Peter to Lee Jordon, a representative from a resort company interested in purchasing the hotel. Unwilling to consider a sale, Peter is determined to keep the hotel as his life's work. Lee is open to acquiring only Charles's stake and his operational role. To prevent the sale, Peter secures a bank loan to buy out Charles, despite offering less than Lee. Ultimately, Charles opts to sell his share to Peter, granting him full ownership. Meanwhile, two young couples on vacation in San Francisco find their dynamics shifting; Sean and Melissa embark on a spontaneous affair, leading Jonas and Kate to form a deeper connection.
