Meanwhile, Jim and Cindy are concerned that Brenda and Stuart are spending too much time together, while Mr. and Mrs. Carson fully support their relationship and invite the Walshes to their lavish brunch. Brandon impresses his sociology professor, who encourages him to tutor a basketball player. Jackie is upset when Mel shows up with his girlfriend during his weekend with Erin, leading Kelly and David to take sides in the conflict.
