Akane goes to the Higashinari Festival at Yamada's high school with the rest of the guild. Eita and Mr. Kamota decide to check out a student-run maid café, while Runa suddenly suffers from severe stomach cramps due to the pressure of her upcoming entrance exams for next year. She rushes off to the restroom, prompting Akane to wait outside, worried about her friend. While waiting, Akane runs into Yamada, and they spend some time exploring the school and shopping together. However, when students spot Yamada walking with Akane, chaos ensues among the crowd.
