Sharon’s mother heads to Hawaii with David, leaving Sharon, Adam, and Josh in the care of Mitzy. However, Mitzy soon departs to visit a newborn relative, leaving the trio home alone. Seeking to prove her maturity, Sharon decides to extend her curfew by taking on household chores. In the cafeteria, Nina mocks her, claiming Sharon lacks the courage to host a party. Determined to show otherwise, Sharon throws a gathering but becomes overly anxious about potential messes and damage to the Spitz' carpet. When her mother discovers the chaos, it becomes clear that Sharon isn’t the only one neglecting responsibilities.
