During a conference in London with the Chief, Ed finds himself in the midst of an assassination and soon discovers that he is the next target of the killer. As he partners with Ironside to track down the assassin, they encounter obstacles created by the Superintendent overseeing the investigation—an old acquaintance of the Chief who appears to have ulterior motives. The duo must navigate this complex web of intrigue while racing against time to stop the assassin before more lives are lost.
