Communication issues between squad 51, another team, and Rampart lead to confusion and potential danger at the scene. An airline stewardess, intent on taking her own life, refuses treatment from paramedics, leaving them to wait until she loses consciousness. Meanwhile, a young boy gets his arm trapped in a press, risking amputation. Two adventurous kids manage to land their car on a rooftop! Chet buys a set of skis and, while attempting to wax them, accidentally ignites a fire. Amidst all this chaos, Roy and Johnny face an explosion while trying to rescue someone trapped under a vehicle.
