Kermit is doubtful as the Muppet Show crew is gripped by fear over the mysterious "Phantom of the Muppet Show." However, the ghostly figure is real—it's Uncle Deadly, a once-renowned monster-actor who graced the stage long ago. After receiving harsh reviews, he swore off performing and vowed to prevent anyone else from taking the stage. He ominously warns the Muppets, “Flee now, or face your fate!”
