Special Delivery (S05E23)
In the final stretch leading up to the election, the sitting senator accuses Byron of having an affair with a stripper. Rather than addressing the claims, Byron challenges Sen. Hutchinson to a public debate. Whitley and Ron investigate the stripper, who claims she spent time with Byron in a hotel room. Upset with Whitley’s interference, Byron clarifies that his team arranged a surprise birthday strip-o-gram for him. After Byron wins the debate decisively, Sen. Hutchinson attempts to tarnish Whitley's reputation. Byron chooses integrity, opting not to reveal the senator's affair with his campaign manager. Ultimately, Byron wins the election and proposes to Whitley, who accepts, leaving Dwayne heartbroken. Meanwhile, Jaleesa goes into labor without reaching her husband. When Kim faints, Freddie and Ron step up until the ambulance arrives. Jaleesa delivers a baby girl at home, captured on video by Freddie.
