On a college campus, a troubling pattern emerges as several young men suffer fatal heart attacks. Eyewitnesses claim that each man was last seen in the company of young women, who mysteriously died shortly before. Kolchak delves into the mystery and discovers a link to Professor Spate, who has been studying an ancient tablet from the Middle East. This tablet is connected to a series of deaths during his expedition. It turns out to be linked to a succubus, a supernatural entity that seizes young women at their moment of death, revealing her horrifying form to men and draining their life force. To put an end to the terror, Kolchak realizes he must destroy the tablet.
