Curtis kicks off his journey in California, soaring over the Sonoma vineyards in a hot air balloon while enjoying wine with his Maude team. Once back on solid ground, he stops by Littorai Winery, where he joins his sommelier, Ben, to explore the vineyard. In a hands-on experience, Curtis gets involved in the wine fermentation process, getting harnessed above a fermentation tank brimming with grapes, where he's assigned the job of 'punching down' the grapes to aid in fermentation.
