After savoring this traditional Christmas delicacy, he is inspired to craft his own chocolate interpretation. Gino then pays a visit to a group of Benedictine monks, exploring their expansive vineyard, where he incorporates their Tuscan red wine into his dish of marinated beef skewers paired with a three-bean salad.
