Bread Week (S02E03)

Kicking off with the Signature Challenge from Mary and Johnny, the bakers are tasked with crafting a dozen dinner rolls that showcase unique flavors and spices, drawing inspiration from both Portuguese and Indian cuisines. Following this, the judges spring a surprise during the Technical Challenge, presenting Johnny's Christmas Stollen, a classic German fruit and nut bread. Finally, for the Showstopper Challenge, the bakers must construct intricate bread sculptures. Ultimately, Mary and Johnny will determine which bakers rise to the occasion and which ones crumble under the stress.
