A spaceship carrying four humanoid extraterrestrials in search of a new home crashes into the sea. The aliens successfully escape and swim to land. Meanwhile, Steve Austin, intrigued by the UFO's descent, investigates a nearby town. Tensions escalate when an encounter between an alien and a human leads to the alien's gradual decline and the human experiencing severe radiation burns. Determined to help, Steve forms a bond with the aliens and strives to save the last survivor, racing against time as a scheduled rocket launch emerges as their only hope for rescue.
