Four experienced chefs enter the kitchen, but only two will advance to the quarter-finals this week. The notorious Skills Test is back, and judges Marcus Wareing, Monica Galetti, and Gregg Wallace closely observe as the first pair tackle Marcus' challenge of pan-fried scallops accompanied by cauliflower Velouté, croutons, and curry butter. The next test, set by Monica, requires the remaining contestants to whip up a Swiss roll filled with chocolate crème pâtissière and drizzled with raspberry sauce. To wrap up, they must each create two impressive signature dishes: one main course and one dessert.
