In sweltering conditions, four chefs find themselves in a tense elimination round. Under the watchful eyes of Monica and Gregg, they must prove their culinary skills by preparing whole squid and showcasing their taste with a cooking challenge. The three remaining chefs then encounter two additional demanding tests for the discerning Michel and Gregg. First, they have just 50 minutes to create two dishes featuring whole rabbit, followed by the challenge of replicating classic dishes: salmon en croûte and crème caramel.
