Chopped, Again! (S23E03)

Four chefs, eager for a shot at redemption, return for a second chance at triumph. They kick things off by preparing appetizers featuring skate and pomegranate molasses, but one chef faces the humiliation of being the first to be re-chopped. Moving on to the entree round, the contestants get creative with a boozy ice cream and a whimsically named British pudding. As they enter the dessert round, one chef finds that a German tart provides a promising beginning.
