After Nancy's surgery, Elliot reaches out to the Steadman house to share the good news that she’s doing well. Hope breaks the news to a shocked Melissa that Nancy made it through the operation. At the hospital, Nancy's mother, Eleanor, is there, and her sister Deb, a nurse, soon joins them, bringing a mix of relief and a hint of familiar tension. Ellyn drops by with banana bread, adding a lighthearted joke to the mix, but her discomfort is evident. Once home, Nancy is thrilled to see her children, but she yearns for normalcy. Meanwhile, Eleanor and Deb settle into the Weston house while Ethan and Brittany stay with the Steadmans. Elliot encourages Nancy to take it slow, while Gary, Melissa, Hope, and Michael talk about her recovery.
