After the media uncovers that Capt. Trunk is set to testify against a notorious mob leader, Hammer is tasked with protecting him. During an assassination attempt, Trunk is injured and rushed to the hospital. To mislead everyone, Sledge fabricates a story claiming the captain has died. However, an assassin discovers that Trunk has survived and cleverly disguises himself as a doctor to breach the heavily guarded hospital.
