A rogue team of police officers takes justice into their own hands, eliminating criminals who escape punishment due to legal loopholes. Hammer is tasked with going undercover to investigate this group. To prove his allegiance, they instruct him to assassinate a female district attorney determined to bring them down. Meanwhile, the D.A. attempts to charm Hammer at her residence, but Sledge uncovers a shocking truth: she is actually the mastermind behind the vigilantes and has plans to eliminate him as well.
