Overton is heartbroken when a bookshelf he crafted collapses, tragically killing a grumpy cat that Synclaire was pet-sitting for a friend. In an attempt to make things right, he builds a lovely coffin for the cat, but it too falls apart. Feeling defeated, he believes he has lost his handyman skills and takes a job as a bartender. Despite Synclaire and Kyle's efforts to change his mind, he discovers that the mishaps were due to a recalled faulty glue. Meanwhile, Max is crushed to learn she's allergic to chocolate, enduring relentless teasing from Regine. Tag: Max disregards her allergy and indulges in chocolate. Music: "What's New, Pussycat?" (Tom Jones), performed by T.C. Carson.
