Burn & Return (S05E06)

Dog is on the trail of a fugitive known for his skills in the "burn and return" scheme, where he shoplifts items only to return them for cash. However, tracking him down proves difficult; when asked how long he’s known his son in the bail application, the fugitive’s father simply replies, "too long." To complicate matters, the fugitive is now homeless, forcing Dog and his team to search through Colorado Springs' soup kitchens and parks. Just when they think they’ve cornered him, an unexpected twist leads them to a second fugitive who brings her own set of challenges.
