Tarot (S01E02)

The Ark Corporation pushes for the privatization of prisons, prompting The Cape to confront Chess and his latest accomplice, Chef. As Chess and Chef target Patrick Portman, the Secretary of the Bureau of Prisons, The Cape steps in but narrowly escapes their clutches. Meanwhile, Orwell, Max Malini, and the circus crew unite to aid The Cape in both his recovery and the rescue of Portman. This episode aired on the same date as the previous one.
