The Crusher Impala, a 1969 Chevy featured in Episode 60 of Roadkill alongside Mighty Car Mods from Australia, saw some enhancements in Episode 65, where it clocked an impressive 11.70 seconds in the quarter-mile, performed small wheelies, and outpaced the Rotsun. However, it faced several issues: the blower was worn down, the brakes were ineffective, and after a summer on the show circuit, some wiring became questionable, causing the engine to run dangerously lean. In this episode of Roadkill Garage, all these problems are addressed, leading to one of the most entertaining episodes yet, filled with tire smoke from stoppies and 100-yard burnouts.
