Brunch and Taco Night (S01E03)

As the quarantine drags on, Amy Schumer and her husband, Chef Chris Fischer, realize that the best remedy for their lockdown struggles is indulging in some comfort food. While Amy whips up peach bellinis, Chris guides her through making perfectly fried eggs with shallots and spinach, alongside pork sausage and pancakes. He then takes a turn, candying his favorite vegetable, fennel, to create a delightful scone. Their love for carbs grows as Amy pours herself a generous glass of wine, and Chris shows her how to prepare two types of pasta, radish and sweet pea crostini, and a refreshing crab, tomato, and avocado salad.
