Water's Edge (S03E03)
Title: Water's Edge Plot: Recently released from prison, Rusty Connors, a seasoned con artist, seeks out Helen, the widow of his deceased cellmate, Miles Krause, a notorious robber and murderer. Before his incarceration, Krause had stolen a large sum of money and taken out his partner, but neither the cash nor the body was ever discovered. Rusty hopes Helen might have some insight into the hidden fortune. Although she initially knows nothing, they eventually uncover that the cash is stashed in a derelict boathouse overrun with rats. Inside, they find the money alongside the decayed remains of Krause's partner. Driven by greed, Connors attempts to kill Helen, but she fights back and knocks him unconscious. When he regains consciousness, he finds himself bound and mocked by Helen. Just as she prepares to leave with the money, Connors trips her, leading to a fatal accident on a hook. Her blood draws the hungry rats closer.
