Dog Bites Cliff (S05E19)

While on his postal route, Cliff gets bitten by a dog and decides to sue its owner for $200,000. The owner, Madeline, turns out to be an attractive and curvy woman who genuinely wants to help Cliff, even though she's financially strapped. As they begin dating, the bar gang suspects her intentions are merely a scheme to avoid the lawsuit. Cliff sees the truth but continues the relationship, hoping to trade dropping the case for some intimacy. Madeline reveals that her lawyer wants Cliff to sign a waiver to release her from liability, but she refuses. Their relationship deepens, and they end up in a luxurious suite at the Ritz. Meanwhile, Diane is away on a two-week retreat at a Buddhist monastery.
