Joey takes the reins as host for the pilot episode of "The Perfect Couple," reminiscent of the Newlywed Game. Competing are three couples: dating duo D.J. and Steve, engaged pair Danny and Vicky, and married couple Jesse and Becky. Meanwhile, Stephanie and Michelle have their hands full babysitting Nicky and Alex. With Vicky away, Estelle fills in and seems to know Danny surprisingly well. This raises doubts for D.J. and Steve about their own connection. Just as the show wraps, Vicky arrives at the studio to share her exciting news with Danny—she's landed her dream job as a network news anchor in New York City.
