As the media turns its focus to Thomas' case, tensions escalate between Dominick and his girlfriend, Joy. In his efforts to secure Thomas' release from the Hatch forensic institute for the criminally insane, Dominick discovers a possible ally in social worker Lisa Sheffer. However, he soon realizes that navigating the complexities of helping his brother will be far more challenging than he anticipated.
