Against the advice of his loved ones, Dominick decides to go back to work before he has completely healed from his accident. While under the influence of strong medication, he reflects on the unsettling event that resulted in Thomas’ initial hospitalization, all while anxiously counting down to Thomas’ upcoming hearing with the Hatch review board.
