In Waikiki to train the Honolulu bike patrol, Bobby Cruz (Mario Lopez) and Russ Granger (Jeff Stearns) inadvertently stumble into an undercover operation when they are mistaken for drug buyers in a major smuggling ring. Joining forces with four trendy undercover officers, they set out to dismantle a drug trafficking operation based in a surf shop. Meanwhile, Cruz finds himself attracted to CLAIRE KEENE, one of the officers, prompting thoughts of relocating to Hawaii, while Claire contemplates moving to the mainland. Granger, on the other hand, becomes romantically involved with a beautiful exotic dancer who is considering a move to Japan.
