Niamh's intense cravings are starting to wear on Ambrose, though her father is pleasantly surprised when she serves up tripe casserole for dinner. Eventually, Assumpta relents to Niamh’s efforts to set her up and agrees to go on a date with Enda, only to find out that his babysitter has deeper feelings for him.
