Mrs. Drysdale enlists the help of two Gypsies to visit the Clampett residence and inform them that their home is cursed, hoping this will prompt them to return to the hills. Granny, believing the ruse, insists on leaving immediately. However, when Mr. Drysdale learns of the situation, he and Miss Jane don disguises as Gypsies and manage to persuade the Clampetts to remain where they are.
